Orders ship from our facility at 216 Spring St, Marion, NC 28752. We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only.

Standard shipping is 4–7 business days, expedited is 2–3 business days and express is 1–2 business days once the parcel leaves us. Orders are usually dispatched within one to two business days.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 after discounts. Below that, standard shipping is $6.95. Expedited and express rates are shown at checkout.

We show an estimate at the North Carolina state rate of 4.75% during checkout. The final amount is confirmed against your delivery address, since some states and localities apply different rates.

Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Call or email us with the order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel or amend it. Once a parcel is collected by the carrier it has to be handled as a return.

Close, but not perfectly. Glazes and natural fibres vary between production runs, and screens differ. Where a product varies noticeably we note it in the description.

Star ratings and review counts on product pages come from supplier catalogue data and are labelled as such. Customer reviews written on our own store will be published separately, and only from verified orders.
