Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Solvix Commerce LLC.

1. About us
This website is operated by Solvix Commerce LLC, 216 Spring St, Marion, NC 28752, United States. Contacting us: suport@solvixcommerce.com, +1 601-562-2129.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and accept payment. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if the price or description contained an error, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraudulent payment.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are shown before you place the order. Applicable state and local sales tax is added based on your delivery address. We correct pricing errors rather than honour them, and will always contact you before doing so.
Card payment is not yet enabled on this store. Until a payment processor is connected, orders are recorded and our team contacts you to arrange payment before dispatch.
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See the Shipping Policy for methods, rates and what happens with damaged or lost parcels.
5. Returns and cancellations
Our Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms.
6. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours, glazes and natural materials vary between production runs and between screens. Dimensions and specifications come from supplier documentation and may be subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this website to break the law, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission. Product images, text and branding on this site belong to us or to our suppliers.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable US federal law, and the courts of North Carolina have jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Changes and review
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are provided in good faith and should be reviewed by a qualified US attorney before launch.
